View of a pivotal tram, taken at Kirkstall Road Tram Works during World War II. On the windows there are adverts displayed for 'National War Savings' and a 'Rag Dance' to be held in the Capitol, Meanwood. Kirkstall Road Tram Works was situated on the south-west side of Kirkstall Road on a hugh site between the road and the River Aire.
