Undated. View of the issuing counter of the Central Lending Library, which, prior to 1934, was located on the first floor of the Municipal Buildings, Calverley Street. In 1934 it moved to the ground floor and the room became the general office of Leeds City Police Headquarters until 1965. Nowadays it has reverted to a library once more, housing the Art Library.
