Seacroft, postcard
Undated. Postcard view from sometime around the early 20th century showing Seacroft Town Street, as York Road was known at the time. In the centre is the original Lion and Lamb public house.

User Comments:

In the 1901 ans 1911 Census my 2x great grand aunt Mary Dennell (nee Payne) along with her husband George Dennell ran the Lion and Lamb. They lived there with their family of five children. If anyone has any info about them please get in touch.
