Undated. Colour-tinted postcard showing Spen Road from the junction with Otley Road. Darnley Road leads off Spen Road to the left. No. 4 Darnley Road is on the far left, then a semi-detached building comprising no. 2 Darnley Road (for a time in the 1920s the residence of J.R.R. Tolkien) and no. 3 Spen Road. Tram lines can be seen on Otley Road in the foreground.
