1950s. View shows two trams at the Harehills terminus on Easterly Road. The Fforde Grene public house is off the picture to the left and the Clock Cinema off to the right. A terrace of shops is seen in the background on Roundhay Road including no. 279 Crokatts Ltd., dyers and cleaners, and no. 281 Ainley Ltd., wireless engineers. The trams are Chamberlain no. 81 and Feltham no. 521, both bound for Briggate. This description has been amended thanks to the comments from Leodis commenters.
