Description:
C2000 View of Chapeltown, Pudsey. On the left is the Grade 2 listed War Memorial designed by Brierly and Rutherford of York in Portland Stone. The bronze statue of the soldiers in World War 1 battledress, was sculpted by Henry Poole of London. It stands at the junction of Chapeltown with Carlisle Road.
