1970. Image, entitled "Butch and Mates", shows a group of children of varying ages pictured as they play out on an area of cleared land in front of rows of terraced houses located in Servia Hill. They have lit a small "camp fire" which is blazing away behind them.

Butch and his pals are standing with their backs to Servia Hill. A road I used to walk up many many times on the way up to Woodhouse Moor,from my home in Bristol Rd. Notice the extra height above the bedroom windows,making the roof higher to accomodate the houses behind which were on a higher level,on Grosvenor Hill. The youths are probably standing where houses were demolished on Servia Place,or Mount.
