Meanwood Road School, class photograph
c1957-1961. Image shows a class photograph taken some time between 1957 and 1961 at Meanwood Road School when at that time the Headmistress was Mrs. Dawson. The girls are not in uniform but many are wearing the printed dirndl skirts fashionable at the time. Meanwood Road School, now demolished, was located at the junction of Education Road with Meanwood Road.
