Class photograph taken at Meanwood Road School between the late 1950s and early 1960s. The school was located on Meanwood Road (north-east side) next to the juncton with Education Road and Meanwood Road Corporation Baths. The young girls are arranged, some standing, some seated and some sitting cross-legged on the front row, with their smiling teacher in the centre. Meanwood Road School is now demolished.
