12th August 2003. View shows the Wilson's Arms on Moresdale Lane during the process of demolition. This public house was situated between the junctions with Foundry Mill Mount and Foundry Mill Street. It had been built by Ramsden Brewery in the 1930s. Image courtesy of Leslie Cole.
