Description: 1971.
View shows a corridor inside the Garden Gate public house on Waterloo Road. This Grade II* listed building which dates from c1903 was previously owned by Tetley's who awarded it 'Heritage Inn' status, and it also features on CAMRA'S National Inventory of Historic Pub Interiors. Despite threats to close the pub at various times it is still surviving, now under the ownership of Leeds Brewery, who took it over in 2010.
