Studio 20, George Webb and Bob Barclay
Undated. Photo taken around the 1950s showing jazz pianist George Webb performing at the Studio 20 jazz club on New Briggate, watched through the window at the back by the club's owner Bob Barclay. Jazz was played seven nights a week at the club and George Webb was one of the many leading names in the world of jazz to perform there. Photograph courtesy of Terry Cryer.

All-night sessions down Studio 20 were the best! My parents thought I was sleeping-over at my friend's house! Ha!
