June 1984. Front view of Templar House on Lady Lane, Grade II listed building occupied in the photo by British Road Services. The red-brick building features arched windows and doorways. It was built in 1840 as a Wesleyan Methodist Association chapel, designed by James Simpson, a leading non-conformist architect.
