c late 1960s. Image shows one of the reconstructed Victorian streets in Abbey House Museum. On the left is the shop of Mark Dearlove, musical instrument maker, named after a genuine shopkeeper of the late 18th century. In the background is the Hark to Rover public house, with stables to the left and two carriages parked outside.
