1910. Image shows a poster advertising a production of the pantomime "Forty Thieves" at the Theatre Royal on King Charles Croft, and featuring photographs of performers and theatre staff. The performances ran from 26th December to 7th January with seats in the price range 1d to 2/6. Featured at the top is theatre manager Francis Laidler, who took over from 1909 to 1939, and established the tradition of performing pantomimes at the theatre.
