Eccup Lane Bridge
Description:
9th April 1947. View of damaged stone wall at the side of Eccup Lane Bridge. The stone building in the distance, right, is Brookland Farm and there is a stone built property across Eccup Lane to the left of the image. The damage to the bridge was most likely due to the floods which occurred in 1946, the first major flooding event since 1866 in the Leeds area.
