31st May 1946. View shows City Square and Wellington Street with the Queen's Hotel on the left and the Majestic cinema on the right. The Black Prince statue is visible on the far right. The brick air raid shelters built in the square during WW2 were later demolished. A recruitment poster for the Women's Land Army is visible. People, a tram and a car are on the street.
