Description:
29th May 1935. Picture shows Harrogate Road with trees and the stone wall perimeter to Moor Allerton lodge on one side. The Lodge became a care home and was subsequesntly redeveloped as apartments. A grass verge is visible on the opposite side. A lamp post and telephone wires can be seen in the foreground, and at the far end of the wall is the junction with King Lane.
