22nd January 1932 Sir Reginald Blomfield, architect of Headrow buildings, built for Leeds corporation, cost £120,000. Designed with G.W. Atkinson. Nine shop units and four floors of offices. Shows section of Albion Street to Woodhouse Lane. Notation that the level of cornices must match those of the new Lewis's store building on the opposite corner.
