Description: Tuesday and Wednesday, 19th and 20th June, (undated year).
This Playbill announces that on the above dates, '...a Troupe of Classical Gymnastic Artistes, 80 Horses and Lilliputian Ponies will be performing in the Cattle Market'. The Playbill describes this occasion as, '...indisputably the greatest novelty in the world'.
The show has been previously performed in front of her Majesty the Queen on which occasion it '...elicited the warmest commendations and unqualified approbation of the Royal Party'.
Also featured in this show will be 'performing camels and dromedaries'. Finally, there is a special announcemnet on the Playbill stating that, '...regardless of expense the Messrs. Sangers have secured the invalubale services of the Queen of the Cirque, Mdlle. Lola Montano...the greatest living bare-backed Equestrienne'.
The show will be performed twice daily, commencing at 2.00pm and at 7.00pm.
