Tuesday, 26th September, 1865. Beginning tonight and running all through the week will be a performance of Shakespeare's 'grand play' entitled, 'The Tempest'. On Tuesday and Thursday evenings, this performance will be followed by the 'laughable farce' of, 'Grimshaw, Bagshaw and Bradshaw'. On Wednesday and Friday the play is concluded with a 'screaming musical farce' called, 'The Two Gregories'. Between the main performance and the concluding piece there is a 'Sailor's Hornpipe' by Mons. Lavigne and Mdlle. A. Batty.
