The highlight on this week's Hippodrome Playbill is a grand re-production of Fred Karno's, '...hysterically hilarious and humorous Burlesque' called, 'The G.P.O.' starring Tom Perkins.
Other Acts/Artistes that also appear on ther Playbill include: '...the famous light comedy star, Fred Barnes, in his latest successes'; Tod Lowen, 'comedian'; Alberta Flahey, '...the brilliant Violinist and her Tenor'; Minnie Muir, '...dainty comedienne'; Fitz-Allen, '...the novelty comedian' and finally, Mr. Frank Wilson and Co. including Little Lorna Reyard, in a musical comedietta, called, 'The End of the Season'. Also, 'The Wheel of Death' and 'Kate the Kop' will be shown on the Bioscope.
There will be two performances every night commencing at 6.50pm and at 9.00pm, although on Mondays, Saturdays and during the Holidays, the early performance begins at 6.40pm. There will also be a matinee performance on Wednesday at 2.30pm.
