Monday, 20th May, 1877. At this stage the Princess' Theatre is known as the Princess's Concert Hall. Tonight there are a range of Artistes appearing, including: the Engagement of the 'great and unapproachable' George Laybourne; Nelly Power, '...the most clever character vocalist and dancer of the day'; Mr. Saperine, '...the inimitable character vocalist and impersonator of female character'. On Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Messrs. Lamb and Schofield and their 'wonderful performing dogs' will be engaged as well as, Mr. And Mrs. Senyah and new songs by Miss Hamilton and Mr. C. McGregor.
