Black & White imageUndated. View of red brick terraced house in Back Archery Place. The wall at the end is the boundary of Blenheim School which dated from 1879 and is now demolished. University buildings, including the Student Medical Practice now occupy the site. The spire of Emmanuel Church on Woodhouse Lane is visible in the background. Photograph courtesy of Terry Cryer.

St. Mark's Road and Archery Road, from Bagby Street (Woodhouse)
Colour imagec1976-81. View shows St. Mark's Road running across from left to right, seen from the junction with Bagby Street. Archery Road leads off in the centre of the photo. No.101 St. Mark's Road is on the left, followed by 56 Archery Road at the end of the row. The terrace to the right starts with 103 St. Mark's Road; streets leading off behind this are Back Archery Place then Archery Place. A hosepipe runs along the road from a water supply in the centre; this was probably attending a fire which took place at no.52 Devon Road.
