|||Royal Armouries, River Aire (Hunslet)
Evening view of the Royal Armouries located on Armouries Drive adjacent to the River Aire. The building was designed by David Walker Associates to rehouse the London collection in Leeds. It was officially opened by the Queen on 15th March 1996 and opened to the public on 1st April 1996. The museum was built at a cost of £42.5 million.
