Carlton Working Men's Club in Main Street began life as a wooden hut. The present clubhouse was built in two stages but over a period of time it became in need of restoration. This was facilitated by a loan from the Federation Brewery and the club was refurbished. It offers a full programme of games, events and entertainment.
