The photographer is standing at the top of Cemetery Road looking across Beeston Road to the top of Tempest Road, which is disappearing into the far distance (Beeston Road cuts across horizontally). The top of Beeston Hill is just off camera to the left. The photograph is likely to have been taken in the 1920s.

Black & White image16th September 1960 Off licence shop at the corner of Cemetery Road and Little Town Lane. Cemetery Road is on the left, the shop is number 14, numbering moves to the left in ascending order. The shop is one of Tetleys outlets, run by James Oliver Fletcher. The window has been built across the original frontage, the arch of the existing window can be seen behind. Little Town Lane is on the right, next to the off licence is a fish and chip shop, the address was 1 Little Town Lane the adjacent house was 1 Landsdowne Mount, the end of which can be seen.
