View looking at factory premises in Mount Mills on Cromwell Street. Mount Mills were originally used by the woollen industy. At one time, not this photograph, the building was I.Goldman Ltd, new rag merchants. Part of the sign bearing the company name is visible. The road outside runs across the photograph is Argyle Rd, the junction with Cromwell Street is in view. The wasteland in the foreground was once Mount Place prior to demolition of properties here.
