The road is in a state of dis-repair and there is a car parked on it next to advertising hoardings which say 'Milk Chocolate Plus, Kit Kat', 'Value for Money, Ten Pages Everyday, The Daily Telegraph (priced 2 shillings)'. There are various other posters for investment property and meetings .'The Magnets Ale' sign can be spotted on the pub wall in the distant right, where a van is parked outside. Gas holder can just be seen in the centre.

On the right is an empty shop with houses. On the side of the house is an advertisement for 'Bile Beans'. Tramlines and tram cables can be seen with blackout paint on the poles and also the kerbs.
