Black & White image1970. View of Elm Street seen from Rider Road. On the left, a derelict-looking shop at no.32 Rider Road has a plaque displaying the date 1889. Further along on this side are the junctions with Ganton Place and Ganton Mount, while Back Glossop Street and Glossop Street are on the right. In the background, railings are seen at the top of a steep stole whch has steps on eiher side of it. Holborn Towers can be seen faintly in the background.

Black & White imagec1974/1975. View north-east from Woodhouse Street showing Christopher Road cutting diagonally across the bottom left hand corner. Properties seen number 2 to 18 Christopher Road with 2 being Woodhouse Trade Warehouse at the bottom right. The gable end, bottom left, is the end of a row of back-to-back terraced homes, opening at the other side onto Christopher Road and at the other side onto Quarry Street. At the end of Christopher Road houses in Hartley Grove can be seen, top left. Various streets run at right angles to Christoper Road and the junctions and gable ends of the streets are seen across the centre. From the foreground to the background they are Beulah Mount, Beulah View, Glossop Street, Back Glossop Street, Rider Road, Glossop Mount and Glossop Grove. The roofs in the background, right, belong to back-to-back terraced properties in Beulah Street.
