Image shows a brick chimney on the roof edge of Alexander Court, student accommodation on Great George Street. On the left can be seen the Leonardo Building, once a printing works. C1975 it became part of the City of Leeds School before being redeveloped as Council Offices in 1998. On the right is the medieval style campanile of St. Anne's Cathedral.

It would be redeveloped in 2001 as mixed use development K2 including residential apartments. In the background are (from left) the United Institute for the Blind and Deaf and Dumb, a warehouse, the Town Hall Tower, St. Anne's Cathedral and on the far right, Thoresby High School for Girls on Great George Street.

|||Albion Street, The Cube (City Centre)
View of The Cube at the top of Albion Street, number 123. It is located at the base of K2 at the junction with Merrion Street, at the opposite corner to St. John's Centre. Great George Street is glimpsed at the right edge. The Cube houses the Ventura Call Centre Outsourcing Company in 35,000 sq. ft. of office space. It is also the Venue for Jongleurs Comedy Club incorporating Bar Risa in units 1-4. The club has 2 dance floors and a capacity for 1500 people. The entrance to Bar Risa can be seen on the ground floor with Ventura above. A sign advertises the remaining square feet to let in The Cube.
