In the background, centre the HSBC Bank PLC can be seen at number 11 North Street and the Swan & Talbot Public house at number 34 North Street.

Black & White image1988. View shows the Horsefair Centre, Wetherby's shopping centre built in the 1970s. Nicholas Paul, hair salon, is on the far right, followed by Il Giardino restaurant, Spectrum Designs craft gallery and Freezer Fayre frozen foods. The shopping centre underwent a major redevelopment in the 2000s with a new Morrisons store and the remaining open sections enclosed under a glass canopy.
