Black & White imageUndated. Image shows the Wesleyan Chapel in Dewsbury Road. It was built in the classical style in 1887 to seat 780 people. The Chapel was destroyed, in part, by a fire in 1909 and rebuilding was completed in 1910. It used to stand near to the junction with Burton Road, directly opposite Linden Road.
