Old Lion and Lamb, York Road (Seacroft)
Black & White imageUndated. View shows the listed building at no. 997 York Road, which was originally the Lion and Lamb public house, dating from 1884. After its closure a new pub was built next door, initially known as the Seacroft Hotel but later taking over the name Lion and Lamb. This was demolished in 2006 and is now the site of an Aldi supermarket, but the original pub building remained to become the Old Lamb Guesthouse. Photograph taken between 1975 and 1995.

This public house, built in the 1960s, was later known as the Lion and Lamb but has now been demolished. It was situated next to the original Lion and Lamb, the building of which still remains and is now listed, having recently been the Old Lamb Guesthouse.
