Can You Help? (Meanwood) (5 comments)
Black & White imageUndated. This old photograph is entitled "Heale's House, Meanwood". On the 1881 census a John Brown Heeles of Meanwood Hill is listed with his wife, two daughters and son John William. Heeles and Son were land and estate agents, accountants, surveyors and values with premises at 14 Infirmary Street in Leeds. The business was established in 1844 and Heeles and Son also published the monthly Yorkshire Estates Gazette. However, we do not know the exact location of this house so would appreciate any further information.
