(Left to Right), 'Craven Dairies Ltd', 'Timothy Whites and Taylors Dispensing Chemist', Oakwood Avenue with 'Avenue Garage', 'Slacks Bakers', 'I.Stevenson Ltd, Butchers' and 'F.Jones and Son, Plumbers and electricians' (now better known as Jones of Oakwood). Electric lamp posts and tramway overhead wires can be seen, two cars one parked outside Dairies, one outside Bakers. Cars are parked on Oakwood Avenue in the background.

Oakwood Parade, numbers 462 and 464 (Oakwood) (1 comment)
Black & White image14th December 1932. View of 464 Oakwood Parade on Roundhay Road which was the confectioners business of T.Haselden. These premises were the site of Michael A. Malone Ltd., Jewellers from around 1970 until 2006. At present the unit is empty. An automatic cigarette machine can be seen outside on pavement. On the right is Ada Mary Bairstow, at number 462, shoe and boot repairs and retailer.
