23rd August 1954. ew looking west along Blakeney Grove towards Old Run Road. The road is unsurfaced with potholes. To each side are rows of semi-detached houses with porches; some rendered, some partially rendered and some brick. The houses have gardens in front of them with low brick walls and gates. Some have hedges, others have fences. A concrete lamp post is to the centre .

Engine Hotel, Old Run Road, off Manor Road (Hunslet) (2 comments)
2005. View of the smart cream and blue facade of the Engine Hotel in Old Run Road, off Moor Road. There is a decorative representation of a steam engine above the door casing. It shows number 16440, designed by Sir Henry Fowler in 1925 and built by the North British Locomotive Company in 1925. The Engine Hotel serves food daily.
