The site of this new housing development is between Station Lane at the western boundary and Fall Lane to the east. It is the former site of Ardsley Locomotive depot which had been closed for thirty years. The brick homes are built in a variety of sizes and styles on two and three storeys. A percentage are to be offered for social housing at affordable rental.
