Colour imagec1906. Colour-tinted postcard with a postal date of 29th July 1906 showing Headingley College off Headingley Lane. This Wesleyan Methodist College for the training of missionaries was opened in 1886. It is now (2011) a pastoral and conference centre for the Diocese of Leeds and has been renamed Hinsley Hall.

Black & White imageUndated, Front view of Wesley Methodist College opened in 1886 for the training of missionaries. Large stone building with a central tower with a clock and ornate dome. Multiple ornate windows with wide stone steps running up to the front door flanked by the lawns. Later Wesley College was developed by the diocese of Leeds as a pastoral centre and re-christened Hinsley Hall. Taken in the early 1900s.
