Postcard view of Town Street showing the Wesleyan Methodist Church towards the right with John Hall, grocer and provision dealer, on the far right. Wesley Street lies between the two. The junction with Temperance Fold is on the left followed by shops including a newsagent on the corner and Beeston Printing Company further along. A tram can be seen on the road. The postcard has a postmark of 24th August 1917.
