Black & White image12th January 1950. Picture shows the junction with Low Fields Road. The football ground is visible on the corner in the background, a large corrugated fence can be seen on the far side of the road, and tram cables, lines, and poles can be seen. Two people are stood in front of advertising hoardings for,'Hammonds Ales', amongst others, (which are hard to see), on the far left. A lamp post can be seen on the right.
