| Belle Isle Hotel, Low Grange Crescent, group photograph (Belle Isle) (9 comments) |
 | 1956/57.
Image shows a large group of men posing for a photograph outside the large, brick-built premises of the Belle Isle Hotel, located in Low Grange Crescent. The men are smartly dressed in suits, with some sporting flat caps, and they are obviously gathered together for an occasion such as an outing. Since 1988 the former Belle Isle Hotel has operated as a privately owned Care Home and is known as Victoria House Residential Home. It offers en-suite accommodation for 41 residents.
