Ark Street (Cross Green) (1 comment)
April 1904. Row of terraced houses in Ark Street, part of the East Street improvement area, with woman and baby in doorway of one of the houses. The windows have wooden shutters. Iron covering of coal cellar is clearly visible to left of picture. These two houses were demolished for road improvements.
