A line of five telegraph poles run either side of Harrogate Road. It is thought to have been taken from where the roundabout is sited now, near the entrance to the Grammar School at Alwoodley Gates. A bramble hedge separates a field to the far right and a grass verge. Two street lamps are visible on the far right path.
