Black & White image2nd May 1928 In this image the road slopes up from Burley Street to Back Burley Street. The shop on the corner is the premises of T. Singleton, leather goods. The brick properties have a common paved area. There are steps with an iron handrail to the one on the left. The surfaces of the roads are cobbled.

Black & White image4th May 1928 View of three houses with number 8 in the centre. They are built on three storeys, with cellars. The brick built properties have Georgian style doorways, steps leading up and iron guardrails. Brick outhouses can be seen and two more houses are recessed back. The street is part paved, part cobbled and part earth. A woman and child are in view and there is a gas lamp and dustbins.

The address of this factory was 94 Park Lane. Three houses which were on Back Burley Street, number 16 to the left, then 14 and 12 on the right.

Number 8 has 4 storeys including the basement and the brickwork appears to be newer than that of the adjoining properties. The street continues to the right with 6, 4 and 2.
