Lilian Street is a cul-de-sac which ends at the Kirkstall Viaduct Embankment. Before that, Wolsley Road cuts across Lilian Street between Kirkstall and Burley Roads. Black & White image1969. View down the lower part of Lilian Street, between Wolseley Road and Kirkstall viaduct, which is visible in the background. It comprises blocks of red brick back-to-back terraced homes with yards housing outside toilets and was one of a series of streets located just off Kirkstall Road which are now demolished. The house with the 'For Sale' sign on the right is number 44 Lilian Street. Through the arch of the viaduct there is a view to Viaduct Works.
