Colour image2005. View of the Primitive Methodist Sunday School in Primitive Street. The Primitive Methodist Chapel stood to the right of it. It was built in 1867 on land donated by Mr. Horn of Fleet Mills. The chapel is now demolished.

Mrs Broadhurst (nee Croft) was born in Willenhall, Staffordshire in 1857 and moved to Leeds sometime around the 1880s. This photo was taken about 1910-1915.

Standing by the door are Mrs Lucy Broadhurst (nee Croft), born in 1857, and her daughter Pearl Beatrice Broadhurst (1881-1964). Both were born in Willenhall, Staffordshire. Advertisements for Brook Bonds Tea and various theatres (Queens, City Varieties, The Grand and the Coliseum) can be seen.
