Colour imageOctober 2003. Rawdon Library is of single storey stone construction built in 1962 at the entrance to Micklefield Park. Celebrations were held in 2002 to mark 40 years of Rawdon Library to coincide also with the Queen's Golden Jubilee. The library closed briefly early in 2003 in order that major repairs and refurbishments could take place. This view is from Micklefield Park.
