The view looks towards part of Victoria Quays on the left, a 1980s residential development by Barratts featuring a mix of converted warehouses and new buildings. Warehouse Hill is on the right while in the centre is Riverside Court, another recent development which includes flats and offices, built on the site of an old warehouse whose stone arches still survive on the ground floor. Towering above in the background is the 1962 built office block City House.

Just visible on the far right is part of the Victoria Quays development on the south bank of the river.
