View of St James's Church on the Green at Seacroft. York Road is to the left of the church. The church was erected in 1845 and consecrated on November 28th of that year. It was constructed by Benjamin Russell of Leeds and cost £3,174. The spire of the church stands at 94 feet.

View shows the Vicarage of St James's Church situated south west of the Church in the vicinity of York Road. The house is built of brick and has stone detailing around the bay window and along the roof line. Above the front door is a carved panel which reads 'Hitherto hath the Lord helped us. 1847'. The property was altered in the 1950s.
